Is there a better reason to renovate your home than to create more room for friends and family?

The owners of this Emmaus home dreamed of hosting larger groups, and our kitchen addition helped them accommodate 40 guests for Thanksgiving dinner!

Extending the existing kitchen to make room for an expansive island, the addition incorporated a new pantry and laundry room and reconfigured the deck to accommodate the new layout. Connecting seamlessly to the existing sunroom and dining room, the addition facilitates a natural flow from one gathering area to another.

What’s your renovation dream? See the full gallery for inspiration!

An expanded kitchen and full bath, along with improved flow among common areas, helped make this home the perfect spot for entertaining.

We are eager to explore the new opportunities this important designation will bring.

When a site is listed in the US National Register, it is federally recognized as a place of significance in our nation's history.

This recognition can also be used to secure historic tax credits, which help owners rehabilitate buildings for reuse while ensuring the preservation of their historic character.

Artefact's preservation specialists are experienced in preparing National Register nominations as well as federal and state tax credit applications.

Wondering if a property might be eligible for NR nomination? Seeking tax credits for a property that has already been listed?

Boutique Design never fails to inspire with fresh innovations in hospitality design! This year’s BDNY expo highlights:

đź”· Hot tubs that double as cold plunge pools

đź”· Exercise equipment that transforms into high-end furniture

đź”· Glow-ups of conventional materials (glitter grout!)

It appeared that maximalist interiors continue to reign supreme, featuring jewel-tone paints and fabrics, mixed metal fixtures, and luxe medium-tone woods, while outdoor spaces are trending more subdued and streamlined.

We can’t wait to see what insights next year’s expo brings!
