If you have worked with the Pierce Flooring and Cabinet design team in the last 11 years then you have probably met Cherene! She is amazing at what she does and works hard to take care of each and every person that walks through our doors. Here is a little more about her ❤️
How did you join the Pierce team?
Growing up in Montana, Pierce was always a cornerstone of the community. When I moved to Billings, my best friend was working as a salesperson at Pierce and spoke highly of the company's culture and values. It had always seemed like a dreamt to be part of the Pierce family, and when I was given the opportunity to join the team, I was thrilled. More than 11 years later, I'm proud to say I'm still living that dream and continuing to grow with Pierce.
Who is the smartest person you know and why do you give them that title?
The smartest person I know is my brother, Bob. He has an incredible ability to solve just about any problem- if Bob can't fix it, no one can! He's also the go-to source for knowledge in our family, always nailing every trivia question on game night. His combination of practical know-how and wide-ranging knowledge truly sets him apart.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of Pierce?
I enjoy spending time camping, going to concerts, and traveling. I love exploring new places, experiencing live music, and enjoying the outdoors- they all help me recharge and stay inspired.
What is the best vacation that you have been on?
For my daughter's 21st birthday, we took a special mother-daughter trip to Nashville. It was just the two of us, and we had the most amazing time exploring the city, enjoying the music, and making unforgettable memories together.
How would you describe your design approach?
I would describe my design approach as client centered. My approach focuses on understanding each client's unique needs, vision, and objectives, ensuring that every design decision reflects their goals and creates meaningful, lasting results.
