New LOCAL Special! Early Summer Ragu!
Local sausage from is cooked with hand grated local summer squash and fresh onions from then creamed up with imported pecorino to create this early summer dish. Lots of flavor from just a few really good ingredients.
Inspired from a restaurant smack dab in the middle of nowhere in Caltanissetta, Sicily. It was a slow day for a lunch crowd so the chef through this together for fun and it was spectacular.

It’s Wild Leek Season in Blacksburg!
We might be the only restaurant in the world foraging our own wild ramps (leeks) to make a wild ramp pesto tossed with handmade pasta.
Only the best ingredients. Wild ramps (leeks) have a very garlic flavor making a perfect earthy pesto when combined with nuts, EVOO, and cheese. As always, served with our handmade pasta from 100% organic flour. Grab a bowl today!

Pasta di Calabria is Back!
After almost two years, we’re bringing back this pasta dish inspired by the Italian Wild West.
Our organic flour handmade pasta is tossed in a pork sausage ragu and finished with dollops of spicy ‘nduja and ricotta. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and creamy.
The hilltop town of Gerace on the southern coast of Calabria has an incredible panoramic view with the rocky hills to the right and the sea to the left. About 100 feet from that view is A Squella - a restaurant serving the most delicious and rustic dishes of the region. They used a sweeter sauce to balance the spicy ‘nduja in their pasta - the inspiration for this special.
