New LOCAL Special! Early Summer Ragu!
Local sausage from is cooked with hand grated local summer squash and fresh onions from then creamed up with imported pecorino to create this early summer dish. Lots of flavor from just a few really good ingredients.
Inspired from a restaurant smack dab in the middle of nowhere in Caltanissetta, Sicily. It was a slow day for a lunch crowd so the chef through this together for fun and it was spectacular.
