This will be the last post on Picker's Place FB page. The page will be taken down soon. I would like to thank everyone for their patronage over the last 8 years. As of yesterday, October 31, Picker's Place is no more. The building is empty and the keys were turned over to the landlord. It was a good run, but I just couldn't keep it open alone. That place was Teresa's dream retirement job. She loved meeting new people and talking to old friends there too. I miss you Babe.

I know I said yesterday that it would be the last day at Picker's Place, but there are a couple of people that need to pick pick up items they previously bought today. So. that being said, I will be at the store this afternoon from about 1:00 to 5:00 or so. Wil will also be at Treasure Attic if he can make it. If not, I can handle that too. Come on down. This will be the last day to get a deal.

I will be at the store at 10:00 this morning to try and move some of what's left after the Estate Sale. Come on down and name your price an anything there!

Well, the estate sale at Picker's Place ended today at 2pm. There is some merchandise left. I will announce on this page when I can be at the store in the coming week, and anything left is going for whatever you offer (within reason of course). I need to have the building empty by the end of the month. I will try to be available several days this month to move as much stuff as I can. Watch for the announcement of open times and come by for a great deal.

The final two days of Picker's Place liquidation sale will take place Friday, Oct. 4 from 9am to 3pm, and Sunday, Oct 6 from 11am to 2pm. A lot of stuff was sold the first weekend, but there is plenty left, so come on out and get some deals. Also, the entire contents of The Treasure Attic will be sold as one lot by silent auction. The bid will start at $250.00 and be in $50.00 increments. If you have ever wanted to open a thrift store, or if you like to do flea markets or the like, this is your chance to pick up a bunch of inventory at a good price. All fixtures, racks, etc. are included.
