*** POLICY***
-Payment options: Credit/Debit= PayPal(recommended), Venmo, Cash App, Facebook Pay. *Check/ Money Order or Cash(restrictions apply).

�Policy Change�-I WILL NO LONGER BE TAKING/MAKING ANY ORDERS WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT FIRST, OR DEPOSIT IF DISCUSSED DURING ORDER TIME.

rsonalized items: Due to the customized/personalized nature of my items, they will need to be paid for in advance before the order is started. Once payment is received, your order will be completed within the order it was recieved and paid for. An estimated time frame of completion will be given to you during our conversation about your order. Once the order is complete, you will be contacted to set up a pick-up time that best suits everyone.**There are NO refunds on personalized items!!** You have 30 days to pick up your paid in-full items. I do not have the room to store everyones items and i am sorry.

-When the design is sent to you for approval, you are responsible for making sure everything is correct (Spelling, Dates, Names, Colors, Theme).

-If you receive an item and you are not 100% satisfied, you have 48 hours to report it. Then we can come up with a personal solution based on the situation.

-You are responsible for following the washing, care and instructions of the individual items you have received. An instruction card will be included with each item purchased. I will also have it posted on this page if you misplace or lose the card.

-Wait times on orders may vary. Typically turn around time is 2 weeks. At time of order I will be able to give you a more accurate time frame. Personalized items will be based off the time payment is received. **Please place your order in a timely manner as to when you need it. **

-Rushed orders are available for an extra fee.

-Orders are pick up or delivery (through USPS/charges apply).

-Due to the handmade nature of my items, minor imperfections are inevitable. I make every effort to ensure that your item is perfect before sending to you. Please, if you have any questions regarding any changes to my policy OR any of the previous policy guidelines, feel free to contact me.
