There are moments in business that remind you why you love what you do.

Receiving this beautiful letter from Jeffrey and Cindy touched my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words. They first entrusted me with transforming their Florida home, and later invited me to create the same feeling in their Michigan residence. That continued trust is one of the greatest honors I can receive as a designer.

For me, every project is about far more than finishes and furnishings. It’s about creating a home that reflects who my clients are, where memories are made, and where life is lived beautifully.

A recent visit to Michigan State University with my boys for basketball camp gave me the chance to revisit some of my favorite places on campus. We made a point to stop by the beautiful gardens, visit the iconic Sparty Statue, and of course head over to the Breslin Center to meet some of my favorite players and the legendary Tom Izzo.

As an alumna, it’s always special to return to the place where my passion for interior design began. Michigan State helped shape my career, and seeing my boys create memories of their own on campus made the experience even more meaningful. Go Green! 💚🤍

While styling this room for our Juno Beach photoshoot, I noticed a familiar book on the table—Snuggle Puppy. One of my boys’ favorites when they were little.

Without even thinking, I found myself singing the words as I arranged the space. For a moment, I was transported back to bedtime stories, sleepy cuddles, and those precious years that seemed endless at the time.

Now my twins are heading off to high school this fall, and I’m reminded how quickly these chapters pass. Grateful for every page, every memory, and every season of motherhood.

We are honored to have been selected to design this beautiful vacation home for clients who have trusted us with their primary residence as well. There is something truly special about helping families create spaces where memories are made, whether it’s for everyday living or lakeside escapes.

Designing a second home allows us to capture a different side of our clients’ lifestyle—one centered around relaxation, entertaining, and enjoying time with family and friends. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring their vision to life and create a home that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
