Amazon Returns Info :

Hours are for the next 2 weeks while we wait for Amazon to "fix" the delivery side of things for us ... then we will adjust accordingly to offer better afternoon/evening hours.

The returns hours are DIFFERENT than the farmstand hours ...

You might ask why they are different ?

The farmstand operates on a self serve / honor system so its open even when we aren't here .
But we do have to physically be here for the Amazon returns .

Also returns are processed at the house ...
You might wonder why ?

Again farmstand is a self serve operation... so I can't just leave Amazon supplies in the farmstand when we aren't here and its too much to lug back and forth twice a day ...
On the front porch of the house we already had a pickup window that we use at certain times for farm pickups ... so this window works great for the returns. ( gotta a few improvements coming to make things better including a small table by the window )

We have gotten a lot of mixed feedback on this ... so heres the thing ...
I have no idea why they may have cut other return options for you ... I don't get special insider info on that kinda stuff . This was/is supposed to be an additional option for those in this rural area .

And for right now I am just trying it basically as a service to our community ... they literally pay 35 cents a return which does not amount to very much at all ...
So if it becomes a super stressful thing with a bunch of cranky pants yelling at me everyday I will drop it super duper fast 🤷‍♀️

* For the fastest service - screenshot your qr code before you arrive - cell service here in the valley sucks and alot of people struggle to pull it up while here .

* All you have to bring is your qr code and the item/items you are returning ... it doesn't need to be boxed or re packed at all ... I bag it , tag it and return it to Amazon

Return Hours :
Monday * Wednesday * Friday
9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Tuesday * Thursday * Saturday
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Sundays will vary

* Also Labor Day Monday will have no return hours

Thank you to all have been so gracious and so patient as we try to figure this all out ... hoping September runs much smoother than last month 🤞

Don't forget to stop by the OutHouse when you are here ....
I have not done a great job at checking in on it daily , but others have been doing a great job at keeping it stocked so there is always stuff to look through 💗

Taking Amazon Returns tonight from 6-8 pm !!!

We finally got the news a little bit ago from Amazon that we have been waiting on .... so we will be changing to some morning and some evening hours next week !!!!
Gonna get the details ironed out and posted later tonight !!!
