🎃 PUMPKIN RECYCLING 🎃
We have had people asking and YES we will be accepting pumpkins this year to recycle by feeding to the farm animals .
Details :
What : Pumpkins - Gourds - Mums - Straw Bales - pretty much any fall decorations that can be recycled by feeding to the animals or composting .
When : Anytime between now and the end of the year
Where : You can drop them off anytime on the porches of the farmstand .
**** PLEASE do NOT bring any pumpkins that have been painted or bleached .
**** Soft pumpkins are ok - but if they are oozing juicy stuff please leave them in a bag or in the grassy area behind the stand .
The animals get to enjoy the pumpkin treats throughout the winter months and want to thank you for choosing to recycle your pumpkins here . The goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits and dogs appreciate you 🤎
🍂If you aren't local to us or don't want to load then up we still encourage everyone to find a way to return them to nature instead of the landfill .
Maybe a friend or neighbor has some chickens or other animals that would like it or you can throw them out in the woods for wildlife to eat 🍂
