I was a manager for 20+ years for a local establishment. Part of my job required me to go from store to store and help re-organize their stockrooms. Recently, while visiting my 88 year old mother she mentioned that she had a quote on painting the interior of her garage. Wanting to make sure the was not being taken advantage of i asked her how much and she told me $1,500.00. I was a little miffed, after all this was only 3 walls and a ceiling. I told her I would do it myself and after I was done she told me the real price which was $1,000.00 more than what she had originally told me. It was at this time that I started looking into who else was taking advantage of people and not just the elderly. This is why I started my own business to help people, offering a variety of services at affordable prices and offering discounts to seniors, military and persons with a disability.
