It’s about time we add some remodeling pics heh? This was a full remodel of a basement in mpls. Before and afters of some custom all hand made stairs, railing/spindles and custom cabinets. Shawn made these a few years back. Best way to utilize space underneath the stairs?

On a lighter note… This is a project I took on where the customer did all of the shower prep and installed the shower pan and shower pan tile. I generally don’t take on projects where the customer does this to save money. However the customer is also a CAD designer and I wanted this particular style/pattern in my portfolio so I took the job without offering my 5 year full warranty. The customer and I are happy with the result. Oh and there was a fireplace I did as well.
