When this Pennsylvania project came to me in the summer of 2024, it was a stripped-down farmhouse with an old fieldstone foundation sitting on the prettiest view.
In the beginning, there was talk of turning it into an Airbnb, but as we dug deeper into the design it was quickly becoming a dream home that deserves a full-time occupant… the owner!
These will always be my favorite projects. Taking something that could’ve been forgotten and giving it a second life.
We reworked the entire layout, pushed through some tricky rooflines, and added onto the home in a way that finally makes it feel complete. A garage with living above, thoughtful spaces, and finishes that are 🤤🤩… rich wood cabinetry, aged brass, marble, old-world stone.
The talented .custom.build team brought me onto their project and is now bringing it to life.
