Part 3 of our project! This is the final peak at a very fast paced facelift to this beach house in Sea Isle City, NJ. Featured is the primary bedroom, 5 additional bedrooms, 2 of the 3 additional bathrooms, and front entry. I also added some pictures of the “before” at the end of the reel for those of you who asked to see what it used to look like.
In the bedrooms, we kept things simple with new bedding, lighting, artwork, and decor pieces. Because of our clients’ roots in New England, we wanted to reflect that in this new, coastal design.

Part 2 of our project features the remainder of the 3rd floor of this spacious 3-story home in Sea Isle City, NJ. The kitchen previously was dark and dated and by swapping out the pendants from brushed nickel to champagne gold lanterns and hardware, we completely changed the feel in that room. It added a brightness and some interest. Before everything was completely one note and flat. The stools we selected from add just the coastal charm this kitchen needed!

In the dining room, we changed the orientation of the table, which made so much more sense, utilizing all the open space that was there. We also grounded the space with one of my favorite rugs from We were able to repurpose an oddly placed console table in the living room and placed it in the dining room in a small alcove. The perfect spot for it. Something small like changing out the k***s on the table can make such a big difference in the overall look of the room.

Lastly, we have a guest bedroom and powder room located toward the rear of the home. I just love the bedding from as it’s the perfect fit for our New England inspired coastal design.

Looking forward to sharing Part 3, which will feature the second primary suite as well as 3 additional guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms!
