As I work through the plans for my own home, I find myself continually returning to this feminine vignette. There’s something about the softness of the textures, the warmth of the palette, and the quiet layering of details that feels both timeless and deeply inviting. I have a feeling my own living room may reflect much of the same spirit. A large bouquet of David Austin roses does hurt, either.

I will always try to find a way to incorporate a Jiun Ho embroidered fabric in a design. 💚 After this week’s one on one presentation, I’m sure I’ll be adding his furniture to my list as well.

I love that I get to work with so many different aesthetics! I love patterns full of color, monochromatic color-drenched rooms, and layers of neutrals with strategic textures.
It’s all about who the client is, and what surrounds them that makes them happy and at peace.

Hi everyone! I think it is time to get this Instagram grid going!

I am Maria Ford, and this is my interior design business, Ford Interiors. I believe in beautiful, elevated interiors that create compelling spaces, and for me, there is no better backdrop than the mountains, lake, or river.

I have had the privilege of working for two high-end, luxury design firms in Atlanta, and have had the honor of designing spaces in not only Atlanta but also Highlands, Cashiers, Lake Rabun, Sea Island, and Alexandria, VA.
