Big thank-you to everyone who came to the 12th Annual Holiday Sale at the Bluemont Community Center. But if you missed it, have no fear—Maple Cottage Pottery will be at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley in Wi******er on Sunday, November 30 from 10am to 5pm for Museum Store Sunday! This is always a fun event featuring artists whose work is displayed at the museum store!

So happy to have donated one of my mugs in this raffle basket!! The proceeds go toward continued restoration of the 1825 Snickersville Academy in Bluemont, VA. I hope Gary from Round Hill enjoys many cups of wonderful coffee in it😊

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Bluemont Fair and stopped by the Garden Shed. It was great fun demonstrating old-fashioned pottery making on a vintage kick wheel. So many people of all ages stopped to observe and ask questions—They also purchased quite a bit of pottery! Until next year…. September 19-20, 2026 in Bluemont, Virginia!
