Happy Friday Everyone 😻
It's been... Yeah... It's still not been super-fun for me. But it's not all about me... Let's keep our gulf-coast brothers and sisters in our thoughts, as well as all of our friends and neighbors in low lying areas... We're about to get at least a couple inches of rain, and we're going to get poored on all weekend and into next week. 🙀 Be safe out there, and keep the weather coming at us in mind. The hurricane has or is just about to make landfall near Pensacola, Florida. That means we'll be seeing the beginnings of the effect of this storm in the morning.
But let's move on to the...

I'm still trying to bounce back from a very trying couple of weeks. I had to say goodbye to some friends who... let's just say we don't see eye-to-eye anymore. Certainly, it's not as bad as lose-losing them, but at the same time, it's something that challenges you. I certainly feel challenged... I've got a ways to go, but I'm bouncing back as quickly as I can. But fortunately, that's all for the maudlin news 🥹
We have a big news tidbit to share with you... You know recently that we had to stop our Fridays at the Tri-Cities Flea Market because they weren't productive enough. We haven't been serving enough of you to justify the whole day there 😿 But, at the same time, we still get dozens of calls weekly for filament and printer parts... We help everyone we can, but it's just not enough. 😭 So with that in mind...
I promised that we've been looking for other solutions, and this dovetails nicely into another issue we're trying to address... The Boss and I are in the process of purchasing a home 😹 Foremost in our minds is to make space for Three Dee (amongst other things 😸) so that we can tell you, "Come on down!", when you need our help. Our workshop is great, but sadly, we can't live there, we can't receive customers there, and apartment management takes a very, very dim view of people coming and going at all hours. It's not very fair to our neighbors 😿 and exactly why we don't allow you to come to our home.
In the weeks to come, we hope to have something pinned down that will do what we need 🤞 Our budget is very, very tight, so we are limited in our choices. The main thing we need is a property that will lend it's self to separating our living space from our business space, but remains accessible to you. With the help of our agent, BJ Street, Realtor, we hope to have a good solution in place quickly 😹
That leads into something that I need to make you aware of... 🙀 Since we'll be going to look at a house in Erwin, TN, tomorrow afternoon, we're planning on cutting out at 3pm tomorrow, instead of keeping our usual 4pm closing time 😿 We're sorry to do this on such short notice, but we need to move quickly to make the most of this possible opportunity. Wish us luck!

I do have a couple of something specials to share with you tonight, but, some of them I have to put a bit of a curtain on...
As you can see from the group-shot, we have a couple of models hiding in the background... We usually save the week's rockstar for last, but in this particular case, we'll need to save these for last.
First up, I want to make a shout out to Papa Da Fungi... 🍄😹 When he moved in, we made a couple of gifts for him, some mushroom frogs and a wall mounted mushroom shelf that we'd been saving for just the right occasion. Pops (as I call him) has been ridiculously kind in sending anyone who admires out gifts to him our way, and we've been unable to keep the mushroom frogs in stock as a result. 😻 We've restocked our Mushroom Frogs this week, and we've prepared a number of new varieties that we'll be gifting him in the morning 😹
Moving on to new, we have some USB-LED/Battery Tea Light Jack'o'lanterns available to you in two different sizes. 🎃 Also, staying with our spooky season theme, we have some UFO Turtles for you! 🐢👽
Edit - OOOPS... I forgot something...We made some new friends at the market last week, and I want to give them a special shout out, because they inspired me. A young man came to see me, looking for a Trumpet mouthpiece... As it turned out, I was able to produce it for him on the spot (well, in an hour...) 🎺 His sister made a request for a Trombone mouthpiece. As I explored and played around with many different instrument mouth pieces, I was able to refine my technique and make them much faster and easier - which also translates to cheaper. This means our new young lady-friend will receive her order for free tomorrow and the young man will receive another. But this also leads me to a request...
Band teachers out there, I need to know if or not these prints are going to cause problems. I also need to know if you have need for cheap, easily accessible mouth pieces for Tubas, Baritones, Trombones, Trumpets, and French Horns... Because I have all five in stock now. I would love to be able to help you meet a back-up need at very low cost. ❤️ Everyone, please forward this offer to the band teachers that you know!
For one of our biggest supporters of our rescue work and our rockstar this week, I also created the Black Cat Moon-Snuggle lamp, and I made one extra for those of you that can't resist 🐈⬛🌝
And that brings us full circle to what I was talking about earlier... 🤔
We get tons of requests for adult-themed models. 🙀 I want to bring you what you ask us for, but, we also absolutely WILL NOT E V E R surrender our child-friendly atmosphere and our place as a safe space for everyone. 🫡 It's a problem that we've thought on a great deal and we think we have a solution.
We have a full-store re-set/rearrange coming over the next few weeks anyway, and what we plan to do is take our large secure storage cabinate and turn it into our adult section. This means that while you are welcome to browse, we require your help to make this work by keeping the products inside audience appropriate.

These images aren't... super-risque, but they are beyond what we want publicly available and publicly displayed. These two models I've named the Boo-Bride and Boo-Behind 😸 They'll only be available through the end of October.
There is a great deal more in store for the Adult section, but I want to be very, very clear: If this section becomes a problem, it will be remorselessly eliminated. 😾
On the other hand... I think we'll introduce you to the Richard-osaurus next.. 😸

If you're coming in the front door, look for our blinking sign in the distance, all the way down in the corner where you turn towards building 4, right across from Sweet Talkz - rumor has it that they'll actually be there on the 31st!
Coming in the back door, turn left, go around the corner, and you'll find us right across from Bill's Coins/ Kingsport Coin and Jewelry.
