A moment for my latest marketplace find 🫶 this wrought iron chaise for $50 + new cushion from is going to my mvp this summer. I rearranged the back patio a bit and I’m loving how it feels. Just a little reminder that it doesn’t take big bucks or an overhaul for something to feel fresh again!

The sconces are up in the dining room and they are so good! This whole project cost about $400 ( did the electrical and install). Lights are raw brass with a white enamel shade from - swipe to see the different light bulbs I considered. I ended up going with the smaller, but they could be a *little* bigger. Sharing a bit about how this project went in stories!
