I had just a few minutes this morning to make tuna salad for lunch otherwise it would have been a vending machine day. I combined the following:

• 1 can of tuna
• 1 ½ tbsp Organic Sofrito
• 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• A few dashes of hot sauce

It was delicious but needed something on top. Here are some options to try:

• Avocado slices
• Cucumbers, tomatoes or radish slices
• Microgreens
• Pickled red onions, jalapeños or banana peppers
• Toasted pumpkin seeds

Marinades…a great way to use Organic Sofrito.

Base Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Organic Sofrito
• ¼ cup olive oil (or any oil of choice)
• 2-3 tbsp citrus juice (lime, lemon, or orange for brightness)
• 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider, balsamic, or white)
• 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire, spicy brown mustard or even your favorite hot sauce. If not, just add salt and pepper. 🌱
