The rub:
Rum Salt straight from Jamaica!
piggy dust
Kinders brown sugar
The spritz:
1/4 cup rum
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup apple juice
The glaze:
1 can crush pineapple include juice
Apple juice
Sweet chili sauce
Sticky sweet bbq sauce
(More) Rum
Mikes hot honey
Butter
Pull from the smoker at 165
Braise in aluminum pan with left over spritzing juice and add butter to top of butt, more rub and a drizzle of bbq sauce.
Cook til probe tender (or about 200), pull a clean bone and hand pull.
