Brandon's architectural career began with inspiration drawn from the great works of Western Pennsylvania, particularly Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater. This early passion for art, drawing, and construction naturally led him to the field of architecture. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Cincinnati's School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning—a program consistently ranked among the nation's top design schools. Brandon is a licensed Architect in both Washington and Idaho. He holds certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is a LEED Accredited Professional, dedicated to practicing sustainable design strategies.

Sneak peek at a project that has been three years in the making. This comprehensive remodel represents a total reimagining of a 1986 residence in the Maple Valley / Renton area of Washington. Spanning 3,600 square feet, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home underwent a complete down-to-the-studs overhaul. Every element was upgraded, from the critical infrastructure within the walls to the refined surface finishes of every room. While this stunning property is destined for its next chapter with a new owner, the current client is ecstatic with the dramatic evolution achieved by COUPE architecture.

We have some truly exciting projects currently in development and look forward to sharing our progress with you throughout the year!

As we close out 2025, we’re excited to share a first look at a current project in Walla Walla—the heart of Washington’s wine country. Our clients approached COUPE architecture to transform their existing garage into a premier year-round entertainment space. Our proposal features a spacious lounge complete with a kitchenette and powder room, as well as a covered breezeway designed as a 'three-season' outdoor retreat. We presented the concept to the clients earlier this week, and they are thrilled to move forward!

This true Mid-Century Modern home (in Walla Walla, WA) was given new life by COUPE architecture by staying true to original detailing (but with a modern touch) - flush baseboard trim, and vertically-grain-matched walnut cabinets throughout - to name a few.
