Sometimes the old dog remembers old tricks! Those that know me are aware that I made alot of cheesecakes 20+years ago, so I tried it again with this Turtle example shown here. This was the finale to smoke/grilled ribeyes, smashed grilled potatoes and green Chile corn. I think it came out alright. What do you think?
