I’m grateful to have the opportunity to travel through my work. This year, I had the chance to return to Chile, but this time I visited Temuco in the southern part of the country to support the entrepreneurship as life skills program for students in vocational technical schools.
It was inspiring to see how the program empowers students to think entrepreneurially and develop skills that can shape their futures far beyond the classroom. Entrepreneurship is not only about starting a business ; it is about creativity, resilience, leadership, and learning how to navigate opportunities in life.
Beyond the program itself, I appreciated the opportunity to experience Chilean culture in a deeper way. I visited a local b**r garden where the owner had built multiple ventures around his passions, from craft b**r and pizza to podcasting and community-building. It was a great reminder that entrepreneurship can take many forms and often grows from creativity and local identity.
Of course, I also brought home Temuco merkén chili, whose smoky and distinctive flavor reflects the richness of southern Chilean cuisine and culture.
Travel experiences like this continue to remind me that food, entrepreneurship, and culture are deeply connected — and that some of the most meaningful learning happens through people, conversations, and shared experiences! ❤️
