Congrats to our client Kyle Parsons of NAI | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston on the Boston ZBA's approval of our design for a new 4,300 sf single family modern luxury home at 275 Gold Street in South Boston. Rubinoff, Architect worked closely with Kyle and Nicholas J. Zozula, Esq. of McDermott, Quilty, Miller & Hanley LLP to create significant value for our client and to add to the excitement of this rapidly changing urban streetscape.

We're excited to share that the Boston ZBA unanimously approved our proposed 14-unit four-story 16,000 sf triangular condo building proposed at 1159 Washington St. in Dorchester's Lower Mills. We are thankful to our wonderful clients Theodora and Stavros Retzos who have operated for decades neighborhood institution Spukies N Pizza and would aim to reopen the concept on the ground floor. We're also thankful for the great work of attorney Nicholas J. Zozula, Esq. of McDermott Quilty Miller Hanley LLP for orchestrating a successful public process.

Derek Rubinoff, Architect is committed to solving Boston's housing shortage with good architecture which strengthens our neighborhood cores.

The Zoning Board of Appeal yesterday approved plans by the owners of Spukies N Pizza at 1159 Washington St. at Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester to replace their building and parking lot with a four-story, 14-unit condo building - with ground-floor space for them to resume making pizzas and subs once....

Congrats to Seth Greenberg and Monteverdi on your opening! We are pleased to have worked with you and Sonesta Hotels as the architect for the space. Interior designer Petra Hausberger did a wonderful job with the interiors.

Our design for Oak n’Barrel in Newton, MA is open, come visit.

The project goal was to create a curated boutique offering top shelf crafted spirits for both aficionados and ordinary customers seeking premium products. The proprietors, who run a local pub in the same square, wanted the store to be capable of featuring local distilleries and breweries in a sprit-inspired environment, with custom display fixtures featuring specialty products and a prominent tasting counter as the center of programmed social events. Furthermore, it was important for the owners to use the store’s brand voice to feature and advocate for local charities.
