Thank you, IFDA New England, for honoring our Harborside New Construction project on Martha’s Vineyard with the Best Residential Interior Design Award!

The home blends the timeless charm of 19th century whaling captains’ residences with modern day comforts with colors and textures that speak to its harborside location.

We’re grateful for this recognition and for the incredible project team who helped bring it all to life: Patrick Ahearn Architect, Colonial Reproductions, Michael J Lee, and Julia Heffelfinger.

Never underestimate the power of thoughtful furniture placement, especially in a room that comes with its own best feature built in.

In our Waterfront Penthouse, sofas and swivel chairs gather around a simple yet elegant coffee table, so conversation flows easily, and every seat gets a water view. Swipe to see how far this space has come.

Collaborating effectively with some of the best professionals in the industry has been an important part of my work for the past 30 years.

Great projects are never created by one person. They come together through strong partnerships, clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to doing the work well.

I’m so grateful to Kenneth Vona of Kenneth Vona And Son Construction for being part of this video and sharing his perspective on what it’s like to work with me and my team. Relationships like these have played such an important role in our story, and I’m incredibly thankful for the talented people I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside.
