This 69,300-square-foot, three-story Medical Office Building (MOB) and Cancer Center is located on the campus of Highline Medical Center. The comprehensive Cancer Center occupies 24,600 square feet of the MOB; the balance of the space houses physicians' offices and other healthcare-related services.

Northwest and Asian influences dominate the interior, creating a relaxing environment; the brick exterior matches the existing hospital. Consolidating all outpatient services under one roof, the state-of-the-art Cancer Center includes oncology physicians' offices, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, clinical research, complementary treatment options, and patient and family support services. It houses a Wellness Center with facilities for meditation and natural therapies, exercise classes, massage, and hot tub and sauna. Additional amenities include a retail shop, hair-loss resource center, library, and outdoor healing garden.

Eve worked with the clients’ teams to deliver strategically-designed, technically sound solutions. She provides hands-on involvement, from feasibility studies, through design, construction and occupancy. She is able to provide rigorous attention to detail within multiple competing priorities. She is a collaborative team builder with excellent communication, mentoring, and training skills.

This new assisted living and senior living facility was constructed on the existing Courtyard Fountains campus in Gresham, Oregon. The facility is designed to incorporate 44 Assisted Care living units and 15 Senior Living condos. The total building and site area is 125,000 square feet.
