Earning an incentive trip isn't just about product orders.

I also earn points when members of my Evergreen Memories team reach milestones in their businesses. Whether they hit a sales goal, welcome a new team member, or achieve a promotion, I get to celebrate right alongside them.

One of my favorite parts of this business is watching others discover they can do things they never thought possible. Their success becomes our success.

One of the questions I get most often is, "How do you earn an incentive trip?"

The first way is simple: when you place an order, I earn points toward the trip. Every package of paper, stamp set, kit, and embellishment helps move me closer to the goal.

Several of you have asked about our recent trip to Alaska and how I earned it, so I thought I'd share a little behind-the-scenes look.

Stampin' Up! offers incentive trips that demonstrators can earn through a variety of business activities. Less than 1% of demonstrators earn these trips each year, and I am incredibly grateful to have been one of them.

But here's the important part—you helped make it happen. Every order, every class, every workshop, and every bit of encouragement played a role. Thank you for being part of this journey with me. ❤️
