You’ll find us Stage Right, baby — sharing the Snack Shack with Ma’chii by day, then turning it into the brothl after dark.

It always comes back to the ingredients. 🍄

Our Roasted Mushroom Broth begins with certified organic mushrooms grown by two Colorado farms: Hazel Dell Mushrooms in Fort Collins and Cannolo Family Farms in Jefferson County.

And not just one kind of mushroom. We build this broth from more than 11 different varieties, creating layers of deep, earthy umami and bringing together the unique character of each mushroom in the pot.

Then we give them time.

They slowly simmer with carefully chosen herbs and spices, including fresh-shaved nutmeg, which brings warmth and aromatic depth and beautifully rounds out the earthiness of the mushrooms.

And at the very end, we finish the broth with generous amounts of saffron—one of the most treasured spices in the world, rich in naturally occurring compounds studied for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The result is a deeply savory, complex, plant-based broth that is as intentional as everything we make.
