๐ค 4 grilled seafood dinners that'll steal the spotlight from every burger
If the grill's already hot, seafood deserves a spot on it too.
Spoiler: #3 is the easiest way to feed a crowd.
1๏ธโฃ Cajun Shrimp Skewers (Ready in 20 Minutes)
Ingredients:
1ยฝ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
4. Lightly oil the grill grates.
5. Grill for 2โ3 minutes per side.
6. Turn once.
7. Cook until the shrimp are pink.
8. Remove from the grill.
9. Garnish with parsley if desired.
10. Serve immediately.
2๏ธโฃ Grilled Salmon (Ready in 25 Minutes)
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Brush the salmon with olive oil.
3. Mix lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush over the salmon.
5. Place salmon skin-side down on the grill.
6. Grill for 5โ6 minutes.
7. Flip carefully if desired.
8. Cook until the salmon flakes easily.
9. Remove from the grill.
10. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
3๏ธโฃ Foil Pack Shrimp Boil (Ready in 30 Minutes)
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
3 ears corn, cut into thirds
1 lb baby potatoes, parboiled
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Divide the shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes between four sheets of foil.
3. Drizzle with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
5. Fold and seal the foil packets.
6. Place on the grill.
7. Cook for 15โ18 minutes.
8. Carefully open the packets.
9. Sprinkle with parsley.
10. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Split the lobster tails down the center.
3. Loosen the meat and place it on top of the shells.
4. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
5. Brush generously over the lobster meat.
6. Grill shell-side down.
7. Cook for 8โ10 minutes.
8. Brush with more butter before removing.
9. Sprinkle with parsley.
10. Serve with lemon wedges.
