Join us THIS Sunday, September 8th, 2019!

On September 8th, Dr. Ebony Hoskins and Carlisa J. Samuels Hurtt join us for our first WOWD Wellness Sunday. Dr. Ebony will share information about ovarian cancer, including signs & symptoms, risk factors, and preventative measures. Carlisa will share information about holistic practices for pelvic health such as vaginal/womb steaming and yoni tea. I will guide you through a yoga practice that brings awareness to the pelvis and the energetic center/chakra that functions in this sacred space.
We are excited and honored that Essence of Energy Wellness Center will be our host. We invite women of all ages to join us. Mamas are welcome to bring your daughter(s), but the suggested minimum age is 16.

There will be a raffle to win a free Womb Steam-provided by Essence of Energy Wellness Center! Each participant will also receive a DTCF bag! Shanaye Hurtt of Naye's Niche will also be on sight with an array of products for purchase.
