-I do this business with a true passion and love for making handmade items and treat it as such. I treat my business like an Etsy page and treat the ordering process as such. Payment is required in full upon ordering items through either Venmo cashapp PayPal or Facebook messenger. I NO LONGER will accept payment after p
ick up or upon pickup under any circumstances. I send photos upon completion and allow customers to inspect the items when they receive it. If there’s ever any issue I will fix or remake the item with no issue
***no refunds or exchanges on personalized items. No refunds on non personalized items. If you are not satisfied with your order once receiving I will gladly remake you the item until you are satisfied �
**Please keep in mind all items are handmade with love, not with a machine, so there will be some flaws in wood, paint, etc. I strive to make every piece as perfectly as I can but there will flaws every now and again that are out of my control.
***I know the post office is extremely backed up right now and I do apologize, but any delays are out of my control. Although I love hearing updates from my customers, anything that has taken less than 2 months to be delivered is not declared yet lost from the post office because of delays. It is out of my control but after the item is declared lost I will gladly remake and replace your item for you with no problem �
***all items are estimated 2-3 weeks once you place your order. It can be before that but I give a rough estimated time because there can be delays.
