I may have accidentally stumbled onto something today.
Instead of bouncing between tasks, chasing shiny objects, and wondering why I walked into a room, I promised myself I would work from 10:30 to 2:00 using 25-minute work blocks.
And somehow... I actually did it.
Not only did I stay focused, but I also used my 5- and 10-minute breaks to get all the laundry done.
Who even am I?
As someone with ADHD, this level of methodical behavior feels a little suspicious. I have not seen this type of behavior since pre menopause, when my brain was working at optimum levels.

If this little experiment works again tomorrow, and the next day, we may be witnessing a rare and fascinating event:
