📍 Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Construction is officially underway on what is expected to become Tennessee's largest hybrid mass timber building, and we're excited to share the journey from the very beginning.

Over the next two years, this mixed-use development will take shape with:
• Retail space
• Professional offices
• Luxury condominiums
• A below-grade parking garage
• A breathtaking tropical atrium at the heart of the building

Throughout construction, we'll take you behind the scenes to showcase project milestones, innovative building techniques, and the talented team making it all possible.

Whether you're passionate about architecture, construction, or simply enjoy watching remarkable projects come to life, we hope you'll follow along.

What would you like to see us cover as construction progresses?

HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHT | "A favorite holiday tradition of mine is spending Christmas in Chicago with all of my extended family! It’s such a fun city to be in around the holidays. I love being there too because the odds for having a white Christmas are typically better there than in Nashville!" - Abby Finnegan
