✨🇺🇸 As we are coming up on the 250th anniversary of the United States on July 4th; I thought it was fitting to make this adorable bald eagle and it’s eaglet 🦅 as the bald eagle is the US national symbol! They represent freedom, strength, courage, and independence.

Some interesting and amazing facts about the bald eagle are:
🪽Wing span is between 7-8 feet
Female eagles are bigger than males
👀 Keen eyesight can spot a rabbit from 2 miles away!
🪹 Largest eagle nest ever found was 9 feet wide and 12 feet deep
🌲 They are endangered and people are the Eagles biggest enemy when they cut down tall trees for lumber; it destroys the eagles’ homes
