As the Queen of the Kingdom of Last Minute Notice: Camille is teaching a super sweet, beginner friendly workshop Sunday 3/22 to make a tea wallet 🫖 for those of you who, like Camille, bring their fav tea with them wherever they go ☕

Yes, 3/22 is tomorrow. But hey! You need two lil' fat quarters and we have plenty of those at the shop, so all you have to do is register and show up at 1:50 to pick fabric. I swear I'll get better at posting on our socials again it's been a LONG Winter and it kicked my butt!

When the world is heavy and the weight feels too much to bear, coming together as a community can remind us that we carry the weight together ❤️ this Saturday March 14th is our first Community Quilt Block Day where all you need to know is how to operate a sewing machine and you can help us piece economy quilt blocks to create some special quilts for campers who attend the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. We also have options for those who would prefer to dig through their stash and help us from the comfort of their own sewing room. Learn more on our site 🧵

A heads up that the small registration fee accounts for paying my amazing employees for the day and then all profits will be donated. Event inspired by my friend Laura of who does this annually for her community in CT and makes stunningly beautiful quilts!

My lovely rep, Marisa of visited the shop recently to show off new fabric collections SO naturally I had to ask her to show off the projects for her upcoming hand sewing workshops on March 7th 🧵 the tie on pocket class is sold out but we have space in her needle book class, which has been historically known as a hussif (a "housewife," how cute!)

These workshops are perfect for total beginners and we include your materials, so all you have to do is enjoy a few hours of slow sewing (and snacks and tea, bc of course)🪡 I'll be joining class too, because I love a happy little utilitarian project that I'll use over and over
