The focus of this campus renovation was to create a welcoming and calming environment for staff working in a variety of high-stress situations. Materials, furniture, and art were selected based on elements and colors inspired by nature to help create a tranquil, safe space.

Located at LIFT Detroit, this innovative hub features private meeting rooms, a work lounge and conference room that can open into the main space to accommodate larger events.

For LESA (Livingston Educational Service Agency)'s STEP (Skills for Transition to Employment + Program) center, we transformed an existing gym into functional spaces for flexible learning, community/café spaces and a respite area for LESA employees to have down time.
