This is by far my favorite sale and I’m excited to be pushing out a selection of my newest work, all soda-fired plus a selection of terracotta planters. What are you hoping to find?

My shop update will offer free shipping, but if you live in Asheville, you can opt to pick up the piece! Just purchase your item as you normally would, and message me on Etsy that you want to pick it up and we can make arrangements. does not offer shop owners to create a “pick up” option, so we have to do it the old fashion way. 👵🏼 I’ll even Venmo you back the handling fee (although it’s small).
The shop update is July 9, 5pm ET.

IT’S ALMOST HERE! I will be updating my shop July 9 at 5pm ET. The selection is focused on vases, bowls, and mugs this time around, with a few other pieces. However, there are dozens of options each completely one-of-a-kind! Oh, and did I mention free shipping?

🥲 Well, that’s all she wrote! I just completed my artist residency with and it feels super weird. This opportunity has allowed me to work out how my practice fits into my life and how I fit into Craft. I’m still figuring some of this out—I turned down an MFA opportunity and am planning on going full time with the in the fall. In the meantime, I have rented a studio space in Asheville at South Side Studios and plan on continuing my studio practice in an expanded place. I’m curious to see how this fits with a full time position in the arts and although I feel that it’s the right decision, it’s super scary. I feel grateful for Odyssey and all of the people who have gotten me this far and I look forward to what’s to come.
A few goals: take in some private lesson students, get better at slip casting, learn how to make tile, learn how to operate a CNC mill, explore wood working more, make better pots, and find balance in my life. I don’t think I could ever stop making no matter where my life takes me and that is what gives me faith in myself and my practice—no decision is the wrong one.
Finally, I’m thankful for all of you who have been sticking with me even when my work was in such early stages, believing in me and cheering me on. You have no idea how important that is to me. It’s integral to what I do and why I make. Thank you.🥰

Unfortunately I got a big S crack in this otherwise beautiful large serving bowl. Although the crack formed early on, I wanted to experiment with repair methods. Specifically, matching white bisque fix to my dark clay body. Close, but no cigar. I was hyper-vigilant with the red iron oxide.
