Hours: 830-530 m-f:
Pay: $10.00-$22.00/ hour


Requirements:
- [ ] Reliable transportation, valid drivers license
- [ ] No criminal record (submit to background check and drug screening)
- [ ] Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time

Previous experience preferred, but not required. Training is provided. Opportunity for additional training to advance to higher paid positions.

Work in a variety of residential and commercial environments. Work is outside the majority of the time.

We are looking for two full time window cleaning technicians.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and energetic individual who enjoys physical work in and out of doors, quick at problem solving and maintaining good customer relations.
Candidate must have good interpersonal and time management skills, stamina, and a high level of attention to detail.
Previous window cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided. Pay starts at $10.00/hour in training. Once training is complete, pay ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour for non high rise work, $14.00-$20.00 for high rise. Once employees master all basic window cleaning skills they may be considered for high rise/rope access training. High rise technicians never work alone. A supervisor who is competent in rescue opperations is always present and must sign off on rigging before technicians begin high rise work.

Job involves cleaning windows in commercial and residential settings. A majority of the time, work is done outside, in all temperatures. We use traditional brush and squeegee and water fed pole methods.

We work in multiple locations throughout the Tulsa metropolitan area.

With the holidays fast approaching many family’s get their windows cleaned.

Our policy when it comes to residential window cleaning during this pandemic is that all employees wear masks while in buildings, regardless of if anyone else is present, and all employees are issued hand sanitizer for frequent use. Home owners are encouraged to wear masks while we are present. We will provide one free of charge if needed.

As usual, we use booties or dedicated indoor shoes and drop cloths in customers homes.
