WE’RE HIRING: EVENT INSTALLATION + BREAKDOWN CREW

Belle Events Co. is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to help with the heavy-lifting side of events—loading rentals, completing installations and returning for late-night breakdowns.

Requirements:
• Loading and unloading equipment/inventory
• Setting up tents, tables, chairs and furniture *sometimes it’s all of the above at one time, sometimes it’s a few tables*
• Installing draping, backdrops, lighting and dance floors
• Breaking everything down and bringing it home
•Use basic tools
•Properly secure loads
•Be a team player
•Pivot and adapt to the environment

Additional:
You must be able to lift 50+ pounds, use ladders, follow directions and work early mornings, nights and weekends.
We can teach the work—we cannot teach reliability or work ethic, I need you to show up with that on your own.

If you’re looking for set hours, this is not it. We schedule on a job by job basis, whatever is needed to make it happen and we have to work around all other vendors and venue requirements, access times and etc.
