- 1 1/3 cups chocolate cookie crumbs 🍪
- 3 tbsp sugar 🥄
- 1/3 cup melted butter 🧈
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 oz each) 🧀
- 1 cup sugar 🥄
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 3 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
- 1 cup whipping cream 🍶

Mini Brownies:

- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp flour 🌾
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫
- Pinch of salt 🧂
- 1/3 cup butter 🧈
- 3 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 🍫
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp granulated sugar 🥄
- 3 tbsp light-brown sugar 🥄
- 1 egg 🥚
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿

Ganache:
- 1/4 cup whipping cream 🍶
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 🍫

Directions:

1. Preheat and Prepare Crust:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

2. Make Cheesecake Layer:
