We have a special edition for our Brooklyn Barn Dog of The Day series. This is Neo, and he is looking for a perfect family. We are honored to feature him🌟🌟🌟

Neo hit the jackpot when he landed in an awesome foster home through Brown Paws Dog Rescue. They have taken time to get to know Neo and give him the perfect place to experience a new way of life. Neo came from a situation where he wasn’t accustomed to life as a pampered family pet, but he has been learning the ropes beautifully♥️

Neo’s foster mom reports that he’s super affectionate, and is always seeking out love. He also loves playing with toys and wrestling with the other pups in his home(especially the big doggos!) He’s a lovely boy who is also described as athletic, playful, and cuddly. He’s been having so much fun learning all the things!

Here’s what we learned about Neo while he was visiting the shop:
—He LOVES people and practically melted into Teagan(who stopped in after her shift next door)
—He has a forehead wrinkle that makes him look squishy and adorable🥰
—He is still learning about leash life, but he was wonderful on leash throughout his visit.
—We don’t love anything as much as Neo loves cheese 😆
—He’s SUPER CUTE and has a gentle demeanor

Neo is searching for a forever family that will allow him to be with his person a lot. He does not like being alone. He would do great with someone who will help him continue learning all there is to learn(his foster mom reports that he’s doing fantastic with potty training!) He would do great with a doggy sibling, and his foster mom said that she believes he would be good with children. Neo does require a fenced-in yard to keep him safe while exploring outside. A household with a stocked cheese drawer in the fridge would also be a bonus😉

Grab a cutting board and matching prep/storage bowls, add a measuring cup and measuring spoon set, pick a baking mix and a wooden spoon set, and nestle them into a mixing bowl. Set all on top of the cutting board and tell us to wrap it up for you!

Do you remember the tall glass of water named June who was featured previously? This is her BFF Bella, and she is our Brooklyn Barn Dog of The Day🌟🌟🌟

Bella is described as being “the sweetest dog on the planet”, and we’re inclined to agree! She was such a friendly girl while at the shop, and we ADORE how soft her ears are! She shared a happy wag, and was sweet and polite to everyone.

When Bella isn’t hanging out with her bestie, she enjoys chasing her kitty sibling, Olive. She is known to be a water-loving dog and she even goes on a stand up paddle board with her mom🤗🤗🤗 Bella is also said to be a “big lap dog”, and we’re so jealous of anyone who gets to snuggle with her! It’s said that she loves other dogs too, and she has a blast playing with her friends at doggy daycare.

We smiled when hearing that she does have a “giant chicken” side to her sweetness. Bella is afraid of the dark and requires a chaperone to go outside after dark🫣 We don’t blame you, girl!

We loved visiting with Bella! We hope she finds her way back to Brooklyn Barn to see us again soon🥰

Here is our weekly Father’s Day gift idea! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This basket is intended for the studious/cozy/quiet time-loving dad—the guy who wakes at dawn, feet in slippers, and makes his way to the kitchen and brews some coffee to watch the sun rise.

This basket includes a new mug, a bag of Rusty Dog coffee, an oversized blanket(because we know other throw blankets never cover his feet), a book light, a crossword puzzle book, and a dad sign.

We are thrilled to feature a XXL Brooklyn Barn Dog of The Day today! Meet our new friend Hana🌟🌟🌟

Hana is an IMPRESSIVELY tall girl who strolled in the shop and proceeded to charm everyone she met🖤🖤🖤 She took TINY treats with an exceptional amount of care, and requested pets from other shop visitors very politely!

We loved learning that Hana is a “lap dog” who has no concept of her size🥰 She’s also extremely talkative and has no problem letting her people know when her meals are running late. Gorgeous Hana’s favorite activities include counter surfing, getting into her mom’s tea, and ripping up cardboard boxes. We had to laugh when hearing that her favorite “toy” is a giant nursery pot that she carries around😆

Hana is known to be very fond of her mom, but she is a friendly girl who likes all people—especially if they will pet her. We would like to extend the offer of unlimited pets to her any time she wants to visit the shop!

We had so much fun visiting with Hana and her people—we hope they stop in to see us again soon!

We have to share this beautiful comfort/self-care gift that we were lucky enough to help style♥️

Wedding shower/wedding and baby shower/new baby gifts are our most requested gift baskets, but gifts for people who are recovering from illness or injury remain in a close 3rd place. Knowing this, we take special care to make sure we always have a wide variety of soft, cozy, comforting items, quiet activity books, tea, and thoughtfully-selected body care products.

Meet Millie! We’re delighted to feature her as our Brooklyn Barn Dog of The Day🌟🌟🌟

Miss Millie found her forever family when she arrived in Wisconsin via Underdog Pet Rescue, and she’s been living the good life ever since♥️♥️♥️

We loved hearing Millie being described as a “quirky little dog” who loves to run, play with all of the toys(especially balls), and take car rides with the window down to catch the breeze. She enjoys dogs and people alike, and was a very friendly visitor while at the shop. As you can see, she’s also an expert model, and she posed beautifully for photos 😎

It was fun to learn that Mille LOVES her vet, and considers her one of her BFFs. It’s also said that she has a very special relationship with her grandma🥰

We loved every second of this visit, and we hope Millie and her people make Brooklyn Barn a regular destination!
