Recipe ⬇️ Chocolate peanut butter rice krispie treats are incredibly decadent, perfectly soft and chewy. You will love how simple it is to whip up this no-bake dessert!

4 tablespoons dairy free butter
10 ounces mini marshmallows
½ cup peanut butter unsweetened, natural type
½ cup semi sweet dairy free chocolate chips
5 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal

Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease or oil spray the surface.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter.

Add in the marshmallows and melt completely.

Add in the peanut butter. Mix well.

Grease a large bowl with cooking spray. Place the rice cereal in the bowl, and pour the marshmallow mix over the cereal. Mix well with a spatula.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Transfer the krispie mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly and flatten the surface with the back of a large spoon.

Let cool for about 2 hours at room temperature and cut into 16 squares.

Recipe ⬇️ Pork napa cabbage soup is the perfect comfort food. It is incredibly flavorful with simple ingredients, and loaded with deep umami notes from the ground pork.

5 cups vegetable broth
¼ pound ground pork
6 leaves napa cabbage
1 large carrot peeled and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons tamari soy sauce or more

Place the vegetable broth in a large saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Add the ground pork to the broth. Break up the meat with your hands into tiny pieces as you add into the broth. Let it cook for 30 seconds or until the meat floats to the surface.

Add in the napa cabbage and carrots. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the carrots are tender.

Mix in tamari soy sauce.

Serve with scallions and sesame (optional).

Recipe⬇️ Chicken and shrimp stir fry is a quick, easy, 20-minute recipe that is perfect for weekday dinners. Serve over a warm bowl of rice, or pair up with noodles of your choice!

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut small
½ teaspoon salt
1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
8 baby portobello mushrooms stems sliced
1 cup baby spinach packed

For seasoning mix:
2 tablepsoons gf oyster sauce
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake or dry white wine

Combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sake in a cup. Set aside.

Heat up the olive oil in a large pan. Cook the garlic until fragrant.

Add the chicken and cook 80% of the way over high heat.

Add shrimp to the pan. Cook until its color changes.

Add the mushrooms, and the seasoning mix. Cook for another minute.

Add the baby spinach and cook until it wilts, for 30 seconds or so.

Serve with white pepper and roasted white sesame (optional).

Recipe⬇️This arugula steak salad is packed full of delicious flavors, easy to make, and extremely satisfying. Fresh arugula + garlic infused steak and sweet bell peppers + Japanese style onion dressing.

1 pound steak, NY strip steak/ ribeye
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 large orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cups baby arugula packed

Dressing:
¼ medium red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon bonito flakes
1½ tablespoon rice vinegar
Black pepper to taste

Toppings:
Thinly sliced scallions
Toasted white sesame

Let the steak sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes to take some of the chill off. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Then sprinkle onion powder as well.

Heat up a skillet very hot. Add in the oil and swirl to spread. Add in the garlic. Cook the steak until it reaches desired doneness (3-4 minutes per side for 1.5 inch steak).

Set the steak aside and let it sit covered with aluminum foil for about 10 minutes.

Take the garlic out of the skillet. Wipe off the oil in the skillet lightly with paper towels. Cook the bell pepper for 1-2 minutes.

For dressing, place all ingredients for dressing in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

On a large plate, arrange the arugula, cooked bell pepper, and sliced steak. Top with scallions and sesame, then drizzle the dressing.

Recipe ⬇️ Korean inspired bulgogi noodles are savory, sweet yet slightly spicy, and super easy to make in just 15 minutes.

2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic cloves minced
½ pound ground beef - 80% lean
3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
2 tablespoons sake or dry white wine
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon gochujang (gf)
5 ounces gf ramen noodles (dry) or 2 servings

Toppings:
Thinly sliced scallions
Kimchi
Chili threads
Roasted white sesame

Place the sesame oil and garlic in a pan. Cook until fragrant.

Add the ground beef. When the meat is cooked half way though, add tamari, sake, dark brown sugar, and gochujang. Cook until the meat is just cooked. No need to cook off the moisture.

Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain well with a strainer, and split into two bowls.

Top the noodles with cooked beef (with the sauce in the pan), scallions, kimchi, chili, and sesame. Mix well and dig in.

Chicken onigiri is an easy, delicious comforting food that is perfect for a meal or snack. There is sweet savory ground chicken with a hint of ginger mixed into warm Japanese rice.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3⅓ ounces ground chicken
1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake or dry white wine
½ teaspoon grated ginger
4 cups cooked Japanese rice
4 strips nori seaweed

On March 3rd every year, we celebrate Hinamatsuri (also called doll's festival) to wish for female children's health and happiness.

So tonight's menu was - quick chirashi (rice) with hamachi crudo, sweet & sour braised wings, wakame egg drop soup!

ひな祭り。家にあったものでパパっと🎎 桜でんぶ、炒り卵、アスパラ炒めでなんちゃってちらし + 冷凍のハマチブロックを買っておいたのでレモンごま油ベースのカルパッチョ + 手羽先(元)甘酸っぱ煮 + その他モロモロ。。でした。

娘はあっという間に4歳。これからもすくすくと育ってくれますように🌸

Tofu Avocado Salad with Creamy Sesame Dressing (recipe⬇️)
A simple tofu avocado salad with creamy sesame dressing made from scratch. Enjoy this incredibly delicious and healthy salad that comes together in seconds!

[Ingredients]
For dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp maple syrup

For salad:
2 cups mixed greens, packed
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced and packed
8oz (226g) extra firm tofu, in cubes

Toppings:
1 avocado, in cubes
Nori seaweed, torn into small pieces
Toasted white sesame
Pepper to taste

[Directions]
1. Combine all ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
2. Pat down the tofu cubes with paper towels. Place the salad leaves and tofu in a large bowl and drizzle half of the dressing (adjust depending on your preference). Toss well.
3. Arrange the salad on a plate(s), top with avocado, nori, sesame, and pepper.
Add more dressing on top if desired.
