Banana Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and place paper liners in a cupcake tray to prepare for these delightful treats.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Give it a good whisk to blend everything together.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, softened butter, and sugar until the mixture is nice and creamy.
4. Next, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until everything is well mixed.
5. Gently fold in the mashed bananas, making sure they are evenly incorporated into the batter.
6. Now it’s time to combine! Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined—be careful not to overmix.
7. Using a spoon or a scoop, fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the delicious batter.
