Reposted Calling all zinesters & book artists! You might know the classic 8-page, single sheet zine fold but zine champion & Book Arts teaching artist, Laura Chenault, has a whole slew of single sheet structures to help you create new canvases for your creations!

SINGLE SHEET STRUCTURES BOOKMAKING CLASS
March 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Create many origami books in this class! How many different books can you make with a single sheet of paper? Turns out dozens! In this class you will learn how to fold and cut 10 different single sheet structures. No gluing. No sewing.

The structures we’ll make:

8 page book AKA mini zine
8 page book, t-cut
8 page accordion
14 page book, do-si-do
16 page book, zig zag
16 page book, spiral
32 page book, zig zag
32 page book, spiral
Turkish map fold, square
Turkish map fold, rectangle

This class is geared towards beginners and seasoned bookmakers alike – we welcome makers of all skill levels. Join us!
