A photo shared with News 3 at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel shows the tractor-trailer that went over the side into the water early Sunday morning.

Crews from Virginia Beach police and the Coast Guard are assisting in the search for the driver. As of 9:45 a.m., one southbound lane has reopened to traffic.
