Just got finished pickling twenty pounds of fresh garlic. Garlic is known for its numerous health benefits, including boosting the immune system, improving heart health, and possessing antibacterial properties. It can also aid in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels, making it a valuable addition to a healthy diet. Find me at one of the markets to buy a jar.
