Here's a cool behind the scenes shot of the Academy Award winning "Birdman" suit being brought to life. In it, Spectral Motion's immensely talented Norman Cabrera can be seen placing the finishing touches on his sculpt of the now iconic "Birdman" cowl. His design would eventually go on to be molded and cast in foam latex, allowing Michael Keaton the ability to lay flat and look forward, as if in flight.

The Limited Edition was sold to fund-raise the creation and installation of a bronze monumental statue of the same image, including the granite base and plaques of the 5 branches of US military service.

This project required partnering with the artist to carefully reproduce all the fine detail of the children and the objects integrated into the composition such as game players, fi****ms, and food packaging. Bronze castings were finished to a very high level of quality and then nickel plated and polished.
