Project Coordinator Level I
Energyficient has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator position within our Design Engineering department. This position is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in getting into the energy efficiency industry! No experience required.
Required Skills:
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
• Provide an excellent demeanor and personality to represent our company in front of customers
• Strong time-management, dependability, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates must be extremely self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently
• Desire to learn lighting and acquire the experience necessary to excel in this position.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is an exciting full-time entry level position, that provides the potential for advancement and growth within the company. This position works with other coordinators to oversee projects from pre-sale through ex*****on while reporting to the Project Manager.
This is the ideal role for someone who can handle multiple demands and assignments and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently; can listen effectively and solicit input from others; can quickly learn, interpret, and implement new technologies.
Your day-to-day work will consist of creating documentation such as project submittals and O&Ms. ProCore construction software will be used to maintain construction drawings and track the progress of onsite work. Knowledge of Excel will greatly enhance your ability to perform in this role. The project management team is tasked with ensuring each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Job Duties Include:
Uploading drawings and specifications to ProCore
Comparing and tracking data in Excel to ensure accuracy when transferring to site maps
Research and apply for utility rebates which differ per project and region
Transferring data within Excel to create new workbooks while maintaining its integrity
Other office duties as assigned
Education:
High School Degree Required
Associates Degree Preferred
Skills That Will Make You Stand Out
-AutoCAD experience
-Construction industry knowledge, specifically electrical and/or lighting related
-Adobe Acrobat experience: Editing, compiling, manipulating pdfs
Other Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Pass Background Check & Drug Screening
Certified as OSHA-10 within 30 days of employment.
