I love a lemon shortbread cookie, lemon curd (but you could totally use blueberry ham or introduce another berry flavor here), and our blueberry lemon thyme marshmallow.

the launch is lowkey bc im a lil burnt out on social media atm, but these flavors are anyyyything but.

Real roasted local blueberries, loads of lemon zest & juice, just and just a kiss of earthiness from the thyme (you gotta trust me on this one!). she’s a labor of love and worth EVERY minute/oz of effort.

My fav way they’ve ever been described is as “a revelation.” And they’re back, only while Vermont blueberries are growing.

And then we have s’mores! Seen for the first time EVER outside the advent calendar, because yall asked over, and over, and over again.

We toast the marshmallow batter while making it, so it’s all flecked with real toasted marshmallow bits before we swirl in tempered couverture chocolate, that adds a gorgeous snappy texture alongside our super buttery house-made graham crumbs.

this is our first-ever chocolate hazelnut marshmallow drop. we made exactly 240 bags to see if you’re as obsessed as we are. (we think you will be.) whether or not it’s ever to be seen again? that’s entirely up to you. ♡

it’s is rich, nutty, nostalgic, and reportedly dangerous to have in the house. our classic toasty vanilla marshmallow swirled with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut. basically what would happen if a marshmallow and a certain beloved european spread had a baby and raised it in vermont.

it’s not name-brand nutella. we’ve partnered with a brand straight out of italy. and when i first tried it, i had a moment of, “ohhh, that’s what nutella is supposed to taste like.” a perfect pairing for our marshmallows (word on the street is they elicit the same reaction).

7 years vending at the Burlington farmer market and that’s a FIRST! I hear all the time from locals, “oh I see these EVERYWHERE.” folk who order online will stop by they’re visiting Vermont. folks who’ve received them as gifts will swing through to share emphatically of their joy.

but I’ve never had someone from out of state, who’s never had our stuff, but knows the brand anyway.

unlocking milestones I didn’t even know existed 🥲

THE TEAM IS CROSSTRAINED AS HELLLLLL 🔥

for business owners out there seeing this series: don’t compare your day 1 to our year 7. we didn’t start like this and getting here wasn’t always smooth.

it took years of INCHING towards it while getting the business stable enough, learning to build a strong culture, learning to hire better, and making a hundred small decisions in this direction before it looked like this. it’s a destination not a starting point.

when I shared yesterday that my team gets 6.5 weeks PTO, and part of how we make that happen is by having ME keep projects moving along so we aren’t always returning from breaks to a huge backlog, a lotttt of people wrote worried about about MY time off.

which is so sweet and DONT WORRY my team takes care of me as much as I take care of them!!
