We’re hiring!
Rheinschmidt’s Flooring America is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our team. This position is approximately 30 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
• Accounting and bookkeeping support
• Processing customer payments and deposits
• Accounts payable and account reconciliations
• Payroll record assistance
• Office and business record organization
• Administrative support for ownership and staff

We’re an established local business with a great team environment, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Michelle, one of the faces behind Rheinschmidt’s Flooring America!

Michelle has spent over 30 years in the flooring industry, but her path into the business wasn’t a typical one. With a background in healthcare, hospitality, and community connection, she brought a strong people focused approach from the very beginning.

As the years went on, Michelle learned the business hands on, expanded her knowledge through design related classes, and found a true passion for the industry. Helping customers, building trust, and creating relationships have always been at the heart of what she does.
