Fixed the unfixable.
Grilled in the rain.
Fell asleep mid-movie,
but woke up right when the villain said, “It’s over.”
Taught us how to parallel park…
…and then patiently re-taught us 14 more times.
Turned “check engine” lights into life lessons.
And somehow always knew which remote to use.

You’re not just a father.
You’re a compass, a coach, a quiet hero.
Not flashy. Not loud.
But steady like the ground under our feet.
