DOWNTOWN BURLINGTON NEEDS YOU NOW. ❤️

Last week, we sent a letter to our Burlington B**r Works owners about a challenge facing not just our brewery, but our entire downtown community. We believe this message deserves to reach beyond our ownership.

The numbers tell a concerning story. Downtown Burlington's Social District has experienced a 30% decline in recorded visits since 2023. That's more than 131,000 fewer visits during the first eight months of the year.

And while this decline began before construction, the ongoing barricades, detours, and changing access have made an already difficult situation even harder for our locally owned businesses.

We hear it often: "We'll be back when construction is finished."

We understand. But the reality is that if everyone waits until Spring 2027, some of the businesses they love may not be here to welcome them back.

We believe in the future of Downtown Burlington. We support the improvements being made. But we also believe that the businesses that have invested in this community deserve to be part of that future.

We're sharing our letter publicly because this isn't just about Burlington B**r Works. It's about every restaurant, retailer, and small business working to keep downtown alive during this transition.

Please take a moment to read our letter, share it, and most importantly, continue showing up for Downtown Burlington.

A little extra effort today can make all the difference in what our downtown looks like tomorrow.
