Friday night I took advantage of the weather and took the family to a game. My wife hadn’t gotten the chance to see the tables in person yet so she asked to check them out while we were there too. Being the picture taker she is, she made sure to snap a couple pics for me to post but I also snapped one that kinda hit me in the feels the same way any of my furniture builds do. I love making furniture for people to create memories around. That’s just my thing. Being able to sit across the field and see people enjoying their Friday night at a ball game while hanging out at a table I built just pulls on those little strings hanging off my heart… it’s why I know this is what I’m supposed to be doing with my life. I digress… that last pic, that’s a pic of a ticket voucher, stay tuned for a SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT regarding those!!

OK so y’all remember way back when I first started talking about this project and then I showed the first prototype? We found a spot for that guy too! I’m not gonna lie, this one may be the runt compared to the other 4 tables, but it’s by far my favorite! I actually had a customer stop by for something unrelated yesterday and saw it and asked if I could make him one for his back yard! Production item anyone?! 🤔🧐😉 also, picture of my wife’s puppy Nala cuz she’s been hanging out with me throughout the builds

Just in time for opening day and made for the best view in the park! Check out these tables I made in collaboration with the We worked together on this design and concept for months and it all came together perfectly as I delivered today. There still are a few more additions to this coming, but these were just too awesome not to share!! What a transformation! This family was fantastic to work with and I am so thankful to have been welcomed into their home to take on this project for them! I’m bummed the last of the hardware didn’t come in by the time I finished up, but that’s ok!

she just started drawing while we were waiting for characters at Chef Mickey’s

She was full after 3 bites… but completely locked into this instead ✨

And honestly… this is the kind of thing you remember.

Having the characters sign her drawing instead of a book
Watching her be so proud to show them
Getting to save something that feels so her in this moment

Imagine doing this year after year and watching how the drawings change 🥹

So much more personal
So much more memorable
And now we have a keepsake we’ll never throw away 🤍
